Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Cairo & Alexandria: 1–3 business days
Delta & Canal cities: 2–4 business days
Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

The order may be returned to us.
