Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, personalization, or clearance conditions (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.
